3 onions, peeled and halved
2 red chilli peppers, halved

2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp olive or coconut oil

Method

Put joint on rack in roasting tin and roast for requisite time.
About 45 minutes before lamb is finished roasting, arrange onion halves and peppers on a baking tray and roast.
